RUBIE J. PELEGREEN

Rubie is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant at The Law Offices of ARTHUR S. BROWN, APLC.  She joined this boutique firm in June of 2020.  Even though Rubie does not come from a legal background she has over 15 years of management experience ranging to small teams of 3 to large teams of over 200 people.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management at the University of Hawaii - Manoa.

Rubie was born and raised in the Central Coast of California in the small town Los Osos. She spent her adolescence in the Coachella Valley but she considers Hawaii her home, where she lived for 10 years.  When the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic hit, Rubie was one of those who were affected and her company closed their doors permanently.  But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise when she had the opportunity to work for the firm.

Rubie spends most of her free time chasing her daughter around with the help of her two small dogs.  She loves all food but sushi, pizza, and boba are her all time faves.
